Laundry at hotel - Springhill Suites LBV

Hi there :wavey:

We are thinking about travelling lighter than usual (room in the cases for coming back :d: :d: ) so therefore I was wondering about the laundry facilities at the Springhill Suites in LBV?

According to their website their is a coin operated laundry on-site, has anyone used these facilities?

Do you recommend to take the tablet type washing powder or to buy something in Walmart.

I will only use this as a one off, I don't intend to waste my time sitting and waiting for the laundry to wash & dry.

I've used other laundry rooms and yes I just pop a couple of the ariel tablets in on top of the washing before starting the machine :)

I used the laundry at Fairfield Inn LBV and it was a room on each floor which you use your room key to get access the machine takes about 30 minutes as does the dryer and it had washing powder included by pressing a button and it put it direct into the machine,it might be the same at the Springhill..let me know what its like we are staying there next year

I always stick a couple of laundry tablets in my suitcase so I don't have to worry about buying any when I am over there.

You press at button on the machine which dispenses washing liquid into the machine. I think it is $2.50 per load wash & dry. There are washing rooms on each floor. :wavey:
