Replacement annual pass

Does anyone know how I go about getting a replacement annual pass. my dog chewed my ticket so now I don't think it will work in the machines anymore?

Take it to Guest Relations with the original receipt if you have it and they will replace it.

if you have the ticket, then I am sure they will replace it no problem

They have all your details on their system. The lady who printed our AP's out last month said "don't worry if you loose any passes as we can print you another one out just come to the ticket booth and give your details." So you don't even have to take your ticket, just take photo id.

You will def need photo ID even if you take the ticket with you.
