Hi going on the cruise on the 2/12/07 and have read of a Disney cruise planning kit . we booked thru Virgin and have no recieved anything yet , any ideas anyone

Could be wrong but I dont think we can order the cruise planning kit from uk!

You should however receive a confirmation pack from Disney via the Travel Agent you booked through, and in due course all your tickets/luggage labels too(this arrives just b4 you go!)......If you'v not had anything, I'd give your TA a call!

Remember too that you can look on DCL web site & check your booking, make reservations etc...But you will need your Reservation Booking number which again your TA should give you....We have ours & I'v seen our booking online and we dont even go 'till October 2008!!

Hi, we got ours last week!......don't go till 6th Jan 08...but we booked through Dreamsunlimited....it's ok ...not very well thought out and is....... TINY!!!.........just a posh way of informing us to PAY our Balance by the 23rd of this month...

You should get a brown thick card envelope thing with all the info on the cruise, plus the excursions info....but can't remember when this comes....I have a picture so will get it posted asap :)

Barry we got ours a couple of months ago. It describes all the excursions you can book etc. I wonder if you don't get them booking with Virgin though I can't see why you don't as they only book with DCL just like Dreams Unlimited do.

If you have no luck with DCL website I would phone Virgin.

Hi phoned Virgin and they said it is sent out with the tickets apparently

Barry..You could still do with it earlier or at least your reservation no. in order to go on line to DCL & book Palo, excursions etc..in advance as you can do this 75 days before cruise!

If you get the DCL reservation number from Virgin, you can go the DCL site linked in a post above and log in to your booking. Then you can book the excursions etc. Your booking details lists them for you to choose from.
