If you eat fish, then somewhere like the Coral Reef at Epcot would be a good choice. Other than that, if you want something "nice" rather than a buffet, then Id choose one of the nicer Disney Signature restaurants where the chefs are very ameniable and will cook something to your liking. Try California Grill, Narcoosees or The Brown Derby to start with and check out what veggie options are already on the menu - they will always add sides from any dish and you can mix and match!

Obviously it would be advised to pick a very meat based restaurant like Yachtsmans Steakhoue (even though they do have veggie options!) try and choose something that has a FEW things you might like and then go from there.

Orlando isnt brilliant for veggies - you can get by but there isnt a huge amount of choice. Have a look at some of Mcsue's food reports as her hubby is a veggie and there will be loads of ideas in those!
