It's great for kids (and big kids). Loads of candy, lots of CMs dressed up and nothing scary. :thumbs-up

We went last year. Arrived at park opening and were surprised to see all the decorations up and kids kitted out in their outfits, so a good option if your kids can't cope with a late night for mnsshp. Lots of candy stalls - well spaced and signed ( unlike disney where it was a scrum to get to them ! ) but very weird on a bright sunny day ! :D

We went last year and thought it was fantastic and the best bit was that it was free!

I know that there are a lot of people who really love the MNSHP but I personally didn't think is it was worth the money (there were 6 of us). It was really busy the night we were there, we didn't really get on any rides and the only show we saw was the parade. Although they are supposed to be different fireworks I'm nearly sure they were the same ones we'd seen earlier in the week.

Having said that, I think it's the kind of thing you have to go and see for yourself to decide if it's for you.

You can't really compare it with MNSSHP. The park has decorations and there are some characters dressed up and a trick or treat trail with plenty of candy, but that's it. It's probably ideal for little ones and lots of kids dress up and get into the Halloween spirit. Given that it's included with park admission it's worth a visit if you are there in October.

Totally agree. Do remember though the park is much busier on these days so if you're only visiting SW for one day then I would not go as you won't get that much done.
