Just to say that i returned from my trip on 26/09/03 and Thunder Mountain was closed for refurb at the Magic Kingdom.
The Popeye raft ride at Universal was also closed.
I also noticed that several of the rides at Epcot were having difficulties, three broke down while i was there (on while i was actually on it!)
I guess that September is just after peak season and the parks use this time for a little maintenance
