Tower Lakes, Calabay Parc

We are staying in a Villa at Tower Lakes next Feb, has anyone stayed here recently, and what is available in the community areas etc? Is it a nice area to stay?

Tower Lakes is located almost next to Southern Dunes.
It is a relativly new development and is set on a small hillside overlooking a man made lake. We know a few villa owners on the site.
There is a Wallmart just a short journey away less than a mile also a host of restaurants including the Famous Mannys and all the regular Fast food Places.
To get there turn onto US 27 at mile marker 55 off I4 and head South
Its a good area have fun and enjoy your vacation

We stayed at tower lakes last year and going back to the same villa next may, it's a beautiful area and walmart is just around the corner ;) we always used the I4.

Oh thanks for that info, much appreciated, is Walmart the only Supermarket close by? How spaced out are the Villas from each other?

You will pass a brand new Publix when driving down to Tower Lakes if it is open by the time you go.
The villas are about 15 feet apart for villas further apart you need to look at the older developments that where built pre 2000 as they had bigger lots but even then they are only about 20 feet apart.
Traveling time to Disney via I4 will be about 25 mins at a steady legal pace
