We've stayed there for the past two years and are staying there again next summer so you can probably guess that we like it there.

This is the view from our pool. It was totally tranquil there and you didn't feel like you were right on top of the theme parks

We stayed here in May and would again. Make sure you get a villa with a view of the large lake: gorgeous! We would look out in the morning to see hot air balloons floating by: it was a lovely place to stay.

{removed} it really is so close to everything. Disney on your doorstep but you are still in a peaceful and relaxing location. Would recommend it to anyone. LOVE IT!!!

We stayed there a few years ago and really liked it. Some of the villas we have since looked at are a bit dated inside and if like me, you want the sun to be on the pool in the late afternoon you have to make sure you get a villa with a south/west facing pool . One side of the lake gets the sun in the morning only.

Just got back from Sunset Lakes and loved it. Lovely and quiet, but close to everything you need. Plenty of good places to eat, supermarket, takeaways,(didn't use them, too many great restaurants), crazy golf.

Again - thumbs up from us. We stayed there in Nov 2005 and it was a great location. Use the Sherberth road shortcut to get to disney.

The house behind you with the trees at it is where we stayed a few years back, it was fantastic and had great view from our back balcony of the Fireworks from all the parks. Great place to stay and brilliant views over the water at night

Love it! Stayed at a Dibb owners villa at Sunset Lakes in June this year and it was fabulous! So near to everything but also so peaceful. Looking out onto the lake in the early morning was blissful, felt like a million miles from anywhere! :)

We also liked Sunset Lakes. We stayed a few years ago when it was still very new. We were amused at the time by having gates at the entrance to the community and a dirt track at the back where you could cut through to the 192! :d:

It was really close to Disney and all the 192 restaurants if you like being close to the action, yet it was very quiet and tranquil.

You could see them just over the top of the trees on the road leading down to Sunset Lakes but with the properties being built on the other side of that road I think that now it would be difficult to see them.
