Hi, has anyone stayed on Grand Reserve - would you recommend it?

Not stayed but went to look at some houses for sale there in August.

Thanks Helen, is the location OK - I have been reading some of the posts that Champions Gate area is easier to get to Disney etc than the estates on the 27? Is that the case?

It is easy to get to Disney from the Champions Gate area. Grande Reserve is on County Road 54 and is not very far from exit 58 of the I-4. Disney is only a few exits further up.

Now the new 429 toll road is in, it is really easy to get to Disney from many of the communities on the 27. For example, our community, Orange Tree, is on the 27 just North of the junction with the 192 and is just under 9 miles to the Disney Western Entrance gates. Those commnities that are just south from the 192 junction with the 27 are also now very close and getting to the Disney parks from them is much quicker.

By the way, Grand Reserve is lovely.
