I have booked two seperate nights here ,and i am sure i read somewhere if you are a loews member you can have late check-out ,this will be our fifth night stay here over four years only another night and i will be on the next level.We have one night at club level and then one night pool room,hope someone can shed some light,i know highlander usually knows alot about the h.r. h.help. :grin:

We are Loews members and were told to ring up the morning of departure to ask about late checkout, which we did, but they said they couldn't do it. That was just the basic level though, don't know if Gold gets you late checkout guaranteed, hopefully someone will know.

I though the stays had to be in one year to qualify for the next 'level' ?

We are Loews members and had our first nights stay a few weeks ago. Our gift of beer and nuts was waiting in the room for us even though we were told on the telephone that we wouldn't get it as we had got the annual pass discount off the room rate.

We also requested late check-out and we were given a checkout time of 2pm. My son was poorly that evening so i don't know if this helped as we did make them aware of this. But i think it would depend on how busy the hotel is at the time. It was very quiet when we went. :)

Hi late checkout really depends on how busy they are we usually request it night before plus also that morning, we usually always get it for 1pm, think it helps asking at night as its the night staff on who seem less harassed
