How to make disney picture with names on

Hi,

Afew people have lovely disney picture's with there names on them, how do you make them.

I've seen brodymaddison's great halloween one, just seen a tigger one with David in the background and Michelle's trip report had great magnet picture's on her door on the disney wonder.

I'd love to have a go at making one, but have no idea at all what to do.
