Not sure about mega-cheap, after all you get what you pay for, however, villas can be great value for money with all of the extra luxuries and facilities when compared with hotels.

We too dont offer our homes mega cheap - they are worth far more than that - like Sue D says, you usually only get what you pay for but villas can be great value for money with added extras and faciltiies when compared to one/two rooms in a hotel.

TBH I'm not sure what you mean by mega cheap, we all have different expections and requirements but I can guarantee you that my villa is excellent value for money.
