How to find exe file on programme

Hi,

I've D/l'ed imagemagick and Octal has talked me throught it I just need to double click the exe file to install it, but I don't know which one that is none of them say exe file.

Octal is now offline can someone please help, or i'll wait until he come's back on.

click start/my computer
in the menu bar click the Tools button
then click folder options
on the tabs click the view tab
in the advanced tab click the little box next to view extensions for known file types.
then click apply and ok
you should now be able to see the file extensions
