Have visited the Theater of the Seas, but not to do the swim. Much smaller than Sea World, but we had a very pleasant afternoon. If you are staying in the Keys also try to visit the Dolphin Research Centre further south.

we did the dolphin swim last year - it was great!! It's videod for you to buy afterwards (rather expensive) and its a once in a lifetime type thing. Seemed a lot less commercial than a Disney event. Try also to swim in the 'creek' afterwards with fish and rays. If someone buys fish food from the dispenser and chucks it in when you are swimming its quite fun :)
Also go to Robbies and feed the fish on the dock - that is really good as well.
we stayed on Islamorada at the Ragged Edge resort, and can recommend it.

ywe went here for the day did not do the swim as we did the discover cove day. i wish i had waited and done it in the keys.from what we saw you are not in a group and have moore interaction with more than 1 dolphin. you get to play with a hoop and balls etc.
it was a great day
