Can't help with naples tracy, but miami took us 4 hours (with 2 very brief restroom stops)on the toll road.

Both routes are about the same distance but the drive to Naples is much nicer and there are a lot more places to stop along the way.

Orlando - Naples is about the same time. We actually stopped for a couple of days on Sanibel when we did the journey. On our last trip to Florida we went Orlando - Cocoa Beach - Fort Lauderdale - Miami - Naples - Sanibel - Orlando. We travelled with a 22 month and there wasn't any journey that was too long

about 4hours to Naples ! Naples is lovely :) It gets my vote
