video ipod help

hello

I have a video ipod but am having trouble actually getting videos on the ipod.

i have tried using a few video converters but have had no success. It said it converted but when i put it into itunes it didn't go on my ipod.

i was wondering if anyone could please tell me what programme to use or where i am going wrong

i use this click here (http://www.xilisoft.com/dvd-to-mp4-converter.html) i have used it for my Archos AV500, i see it has an IPOD option on the menu but not used that option yet, but it works very well for mine needs, you might want to try it
