Transferring from XD to SD card

Can anyone tell me - can this be done? My mum has a fuji camera which has an XD card and I'd like to get her a Digital photo frame and they all seem to take SD cards only. So now wondering would it be possible to convert if I transferred to pc from XD then transferred to SD card? If yes, is it easy to do? :confused2

Yes you can transfer from one card to another through a PC

Most cards save photos as jpegs so as long as you have a multi card reader you should be OK
