My Outlook Express is marking as SPAM some emails that aren't, and they are then going to my spam folder. I do check it, but am worried that I'll miss something I need as I do get a lot of real spam!
I have added the addresses in question to my address book, and don't understand why it is still happening. The word "SPAM" is inserted into the subject line, which then automatically sends it to the Spam folder.
In my hotmail, there is a nice little "mark as not spam" button, but I can't find a similar command on Outlook Express (which is what i use for the bulk of my mail).
Any suggestions?
