Hi
looking for a 6 bed, preferably 3 master suite, villa from 12th July 2008 for two weeks.
Also prefer sub-division close to Disney (10mins Animal Kingdom etc).
Rates seem to vary hugely from £700 to £1000 pr week - is there any real difference? Former preferable !!
We tend to spend most of the time in the parks, so house simply somewhere to use to sleep and swim.
Thanks

We have two king bedrooms (6ft beds) and one queen bedroom (5ft bed)and then two twins (Mickey and Nemo). We have 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We are on Windsor Hills resort, 2 miles from Disney.
We are licensed to sleep up to 12 people there is also a sleeper sofa, toddler bed, cot and highchair.
I have availability from 12th-26th July and could offer a late check out on the 26th as we arrive on the 27th.
The price would be £850 a week including tax. Pool heat is £15 a night on top. We are on a resort so have lots of facilities on site including cinema, fitness room, games room, huge community pool with slide, dancing water fountains, huge children's play area, tennis, shop and it is all on a security gated and manned community. Please take a look at my site below.
Best wishes

Hi there,
How many of you are going on the trip? Would a 5 bed villa, sleeping up to 12 (with 4 bathroom/toilets) be sufficient?
If so, feel free to take a look at our website or DIBB listing and drop us an e-mail or PM and we would be more than happy to give you a quote. Our rates vary between £500.00 and £650.00 per week.
The only thing is that another party have enquired and as they were first to enquire they would have to get first refusal - although they may not wish to confirm a booking :confused2
Happy house hunting!

Im afraid we are already booked up, but I thought I would add a comment on the prices.
When we started renting our villa we decided not to try to compete on the lowest price wins basis, and instead aim to offer a better quality of villa, something a lot of Dibb owners aim for.
Its worked well for us as we are fully booked for next year, and we are getting great comments back from the guests staying at the villa, and repeat bookings.
Basically what we aim to provide for the money is as close to perfection as possible, a genuine 5* villa experience. We have a huge home on a resort community with an on site concierge.
We are up at the higher end of your pricing, but we honestly don't make a profit from rentals as we put all the money back into the villa adding things like a quality slate bed pool table, pc with internet, quality furniture, egyptian cotton bedding etc.
So, to answer your question, price can make a difference and its worth looking at the villa, its website, talking to the owners etc to make sure you are getting what you want as just like hotels, not all villas are the same.

Totally agree with Andy about what you will get for your price.
Even if you are at the parks alot, how nice is it on your rest days in, to stay in a luxury home. After all its your holiday that you have worked and saved hard for.
There are lots to choose from, have fun looking.
