Body switch software ?

Hi All, Can anyone recommend some software that amongst other things will allow you to (easily) switch heads & bodies etc.

We use Paintshop pro 9, but any paint/drawing program that has a freehand selection tool should do.

Even paint that comes with Windows will work

I have Paint shop pro, but wouldnt have a clue how to do that :blush:

The explanation is for Photoshop, but its similar to other programs. It ain't easy, but gives a rough idea.
