is it an annual ticket we need?

We're going to orlando at the end of the month and returning at the start of november next year for our wedding. The query is we're only planning a day or 2 at universal or ioa but will probably take our parants next year. Will an annual ticket cover this? many thanks.

Universal have some very reasonably priced APs, they will probably be your best option.

We do it with ~Seaworld and find that when you take into account the parking and discounts in the park, you gain quite a bit.

We usually have an annual Power Pass from Universal - cost us about$119 each last year I think. There are a few black out dates but it suits us. It may be worth one of the party getting a normal annual pass so that you get free parking and concessions etc.

We are not doing Disney this year but will spend a few half days at Universal and IOA without worrying we are not using a whole days pass. :thumbs-up

We purchased Universal annual passes when they were doing the 2 years for 1 offer. We used it for our trip in Sept and will use it again next December. We are then hoping to have a trip the following August/September so we will manage to get three trips out of the passes.
Great value in my opinion. You will get free parking and discounts in the shops/restaurants as well as discounted room rates at the hotels.
I really do think if you are having 2 trips within the year you can't beat it. :thumbs-up

many thanks for the replies. Looks like a good way of doing it, probably go for the ones with the blackout dates as we try and go when its quieter anyway;) Good idea about buying one "normal" pass too with the free parking, i'll see which works out cheaper when i've roughly worked out how many days we'll be there :)
