depends what you mean by child friendly, they have children's menus, high chairs etc but it's not the same as a character meal iykwim.

We took our DS last year when he was 3 and it was fine - just like eating in a family friendly restaurant here. Obviously no characters, but they were, like all other restaurants on Disney property, really child friendly.

We ate at Le Cellier last week and it was the best table service meal we had on our trip (and there were 14 others  ). Our kids are 8, 5 and 1. Our server was great, joking with the kids saying he was bringing fruit for their dessert if they didn't eat all their pasta!!!

I am counting the days until I can book again for our next trip in April.

I went with a 5 year old and some older children. Yes, it is disney so there are childrens menus etc. My older children who had adult meals thought the food was really nice. It is quite dark and cramped and unfortunately our service was not good, personally I would say as a Disney restaurant it was not ideal for younger children. but no worse than a lot of English ones.My older children would go back but my 5 year old mmmmmm :confused2

we go at least once per trip. dd is now 3 and we have taken her at months old, 2 (4 visits!), and have 2 trips planned for this time she loves the bread sticks and choc dessert so we can always persuade her to sit still, if she wants a walk in between courses dh normally takes her to the waterfall or the kidstp station for colouring

We were there a few weeks ago and had a lovely meal with our 2 girls who are 9 and 4. It is perfectly fine with kids, They have pizza, pasta, hotdog or steak on the kids menu.

My dd who had the pizza had to have a set menu with apples for dessert - she quite likes apples so she was fine with that, but I thought it was a bit odd.

The DD who had pasta had ice-cream. I imagine if we had pushed it, then they could have both had ice-cream but Molly wasn't that bothered so we just left it.

it is quite dark but I didn't feel cramped, of course that would depend on the table you get and maybe we were lucky? It's not as dark as the San Angel Inn (Mexico) where you can't even read the menu!

We ate there twice 2 weeks ago. In my opinion it is the best meal in Disney. There were a few kids there when we were.
