Good grief I hope not!!!! We are trying (and failing) to get to grips with our healthy eating plan and if a KK opens up near us then we will only get bigger and bankrupt!!!

I am not a sweet tooth person generally but I have to confess these are amazing. I often visit London on business and generally pick up a box to bring home with me.

Oh and Nicole, the ones sold in Tesco are pre packaged and are not a patch on the real thing fresh from the KK outlets.

OMG they're getting nearer!!

Where in Manchester will they be? Selfridges?

Harrods have a proper KK outlet in store where you can get them fresh from the fryer. People with discerning tastes queue round the block for them. :D

Dawn - we've been to the Harrods one, and no double will be paying a visit when DD and I go to London in Feb. :d:

I just did a search, here's the website, just click on store locator at the top of the page:

I love 'em. My wedding breakfast was KK donuts and coffee; it was a Vegas wedding.

I usually watch what I eat, but a recent visit to Oxford had me scoffing donuts at the Old Gaol. I be passing through Euston station twice a week for the next few months, there's an outlet there, I'll have to develop will power.

Shropshire is the same.

I love the county, but I would like a wider choice of eateries - moving here from Oxford we miss the choice, everything from Russian to Ethiopian.

I live in Tesco but, unfortunately, none in the north east have KK!

David - ooh didn't know there was an outlet at Euston. We are coming into Euston by train next Feb, and it would be great if we could pick up some KK just before we board our train home. Do they have a good range of different donuts?

Hi Mazzy

it's a small outlet, in the open air outside the main station. The selection is OK, but not as good as the larger cafes; obviously.

I'm going to be working in Essex for a few months, passing through Euston on the way there and back and feeling sorry for myself on the way down. Actually, I just realized I can put them on expenses :d:

i pray they dont come up this end of the land, i dont mind pigging out for a fortnight on them but if they are close at hand i may end up looking like a bus, as for tesco our stores donuts are a poor replica of the real thing, they were hard and the icing was not pleasent. so ban the KK from scotland lol shirley

My wife emailed a pic of me with a big pile of donuts to her friends, claiming it was me eating breakfast, but some were hers. Still, by your estimate I had a 2000 calorie breakfast that day.

We live in Northern Ireland and my husband's had to travel to Gatwick a number of times over the last couple of months. Each time he goes I make him bring back 2 dozen donuts for me and my sister. He gets some funny looks going through security but I don't care - I need my donut fix! :tounge:

My sister tried freezing some of hers (the chocolate cake type) and she said they came out ok. Mine never make it that long.

They have been giving huge boxes out to businesses in Pompey in preperation for the opening here.

Hubby rang me last week to say they had boxes taken into the ambulance station.

I said bring me one home and what do you know none left!!

Oh please let them come to Newcastle. The train station would be ideal as I walk through there every morning on my way to work. I'd need new trousers fairly rapidly, but I'd be so happy :)
