You can buy them here http://www.americansoda.co.uk/uk/American-Soda/Home/default.aspx not sure they are as cheap as in the States but you will not pay customs.
You can buy Mountain Dew in a shop called Cyber Candy in London - it carries a lot of US stuff - they have a webiste so try there.
I've only ever found Froot Loops in the food department of big department stores like House of Fraser - they do coast a fiver a box though.

try big department stores like selfridges .. just goes to show how deprived this country is of elaborate foods haha, compare a cereal isle in america to one in the uk .. its embarrassing aswell as upsetting.
:grumpy: :(

They have both in the Cyber Candy store in Garrick Street, London, I was there at the weekend, and they have the raspberry M & M's. Their website is www.cybercandy.co.uk

Panzers (http://www.panzers.co.uk/) was always my US food option while I was living in London. Certainly high prices but it was worth it for me when I was wanting some comforts from home.
fortnum & Mason also had a few things but again it came with a price.
Cyber Candy was a great place when I wanted a Mt. Dew. It was £1.00 a can but it was worth it now and again.

I think it's embarrasing that they sell Fruit Loops in the USA, I would never let me kids eat them (or myself) they are vile nasty things full of food colouring.

Contrary to popular opinion, the last box of Froot Loops I treated myself to proudly said on the pack "free from all artificial colourings and preservatives".
It's virtually a health food.

I used to love Fruit Loops and Lucky Charms when I was a kid on my US holidays. Now I am a Mom, I'm not too keen on letting my little ones eat these cereals - gosh what a hypocrite!
I have seen genuine Fruit Loops for sale in Cool Trader (a bit like Iceland) for 99p, and still didn't buy them! But I cannot go to Morrisons without buying the Hersheys Peanut Butter Cups!!
