Tesco credit card [Archive]

:wave: Hiya sorry if this is in wrong place, due to threads on this site i decided to go for a Tesco credit card to help me save points for 2009holidays ;) but can anyone tell me when do they put the points onto your clubcard, do they wait until spending on credit card is cleared or do they give you the points equivelant to what you have spent even if you still have balance on credit card, sorry if it sounds a bit muddled tried my best to explain what i meant :blush: anyone know cheers :wave: :pd

Hi, you will be credited with points according to what you have spent on the card (even if you have not cleared the balance).

I have had one for a number of years to increase my Tesco Clubcard points.

Points are shown on all of your shopping receipts as "TPF" (Tesco Personal Financial - took me a while to work that one out lol). I put everything on my Tesco card and pay it off in full by full payment direct debit monthly. The points do soon mount up.

:wave: hi, is this just on Tesco receipts or should it be on any receipt for other stores that i use my card in, as i cant find it anywhere thanks :wave: :pd

Hi, you will be credited with points according to what you have spent on the card (even if you have not cleared the balance).

Just one Tesco and Tesco petrol station receipts.

Just got my points today, £27 from shopping and petrol and another £27 from the credit card, so another £212 towards my holiday next year :d: :d:

:wave: thanx, i have mostly been using it for paying up my holiday for 2008 :grin: so thought might as well get the points for that ;) how long did it take for the points to go onto your clubcard after using your card as i have been using it since 17/10 but no points as yet on clubcard,spent about £700 so thought they would have went on by now. :wave: :pd

I am sure the credit card points go on monthly after I get my statement, or they show everytime I go shopping to Tesco anyway.

Just got my quarterly vouchers today - £25, so £100 worth of tokens! Can't go wrong!

If you go on the Tesco website and click onto the clubcard section and my account. You can then put your credit card number in and it will tell you how many points you have.

Yes, give Clubcard a call and tell them you are saving for something specific and they will extend the date for you.
