We're planning a trip (7/12) and need to catch a 6.45am flight (not to Disney -not yet anyway) from Dublin Airport.
Can anyone recommend a hotel at or near DUBLIN AIRPORT for night before?Preferably one you have stayed in recently??

I need a family room-non smoking for 1 night. Not too much noise. Within easy travelling distance of airport (DONT want to get caught up in traffic jams early morning).

Will need late shuttle to hotel from Airport night before AND EARLY shuttle on 7/12., so think 24hr reception may be required.

No time for breakfast unless they do a 'grab and go' at 5am!!

Thanks

There is a Travelodge or Travel Inn very close to the airport - sorry, not sure which - on the Swords Road.

Even though its not a "fully serviced" hotel (i.e. bar, restaurant etc) they do still have a reception that can pre-book you a cab. On the return I'd be inclined to get one from the rank, rather than have the hastle of pre-booking, as its so close it won't be expensive.

Back home now so i could surf a little easier.

I can confirm that it is a Travelodge and has en-suite family rooms (accommodates 3 adults plus 1 child) available on the night of 6/12 for €69 (about £45?). Its about 3 mins in a taxi going north towards Swords.

I've stayed in Travelodge's many times and they are pretty much exactly the same - and excellent value. All rooms have a bathroom. This one has an on site Little Chef.

Travel lodge would be cheapest option for you , and is about 3 roundabouts away from the airport. Have never stayed in it as i usually stay in Malahide, but friends usually stay here every year and say its not bad .
