My DD's want an MP3 player like my sons - it is 8GB and has a colour screen as well as playing music (can you tell I'm not technical ;) )

Well it came with a disc for the PC for downloading tracks - is that sort of thing likely to be cheaper in US, for example Walmart and would there be any problem using the US disc in UK PC.

Thanks

Is it an ipod? If so we got ours from the Apple Shop in Florida Mall and they were quite a bit cheaper than over here. Don't need a disk for an ipod though.

No it's not an IPOD it's a ZEN.

NOt a lot in it to be honest - you can buy a Creative Zen 8Gb player from Amazon UK for £106 (might have to pay postage) or from Walmart at £93 today

Apart from the voltage, there's no difference between a UK and a US PC, so the CD will work fine.

Thanks - it looks like it probably isn't worth using our allowance on then if the price difference is so small.
