Just booked POFQ for April next year, but couldnt book 3 nights at GF with Virgin as had to have a minimum of 5!! A bit too expensive.
What we thought we would do would be to see if we can book GF while we are over there.
Does any one know if we can 'up grade' and use what we paid for the POFQ towards the GF?
Whats the best way to change the booking?

I think it's quite expensive to upgrade whilst you're out there! You might be better booking it before you go!

We stayed at POFQ for 3 nights after our wedding last year, dh booked it online with disney, he priced it up on the usa and uk sites to see which was a better price then he booked it online.

Hi

Last year we were staying at All Stars and wanted a night at Contemporary for my husbands b'day.. Couldn't find where I could book one night myself but Val (Cinders Mum) on here booked a night for me - its was great. We just left our room at ASMu though and took an over night bag because it was only for one night.

Thanks for that I was thinking of asking Val for a helping hand.
Just going to wait for hloiday confirmation before I do anything more. Sent vouchers off today so should hear soon.

...or why don't you try booking direct with waltdisneyworld.com. That's what we did, though not sure if there is a minimum stay. Booking direct saved us plenty of bucks!

This is what I did, booked direct with Disney and got a room at the GF for the night of the pirate & princess party, the room was booked in US Dollars and because the exchange rate is so good at the moment it meant we got a really good deal :D

The places I have been looking still come out at £250 a night. Where's the best place to look? Please.
