View Full Version : ADRs in January ?
Hi everyone :wavey:
We're off to Disney in January (13th - 27th) and would like a couple of meals at Disney restaurants (probably a dinner at Boma). Will we need to make ADRs at this time of year?
Thanks

Hi there, :wavey:
We went Jan 2007 we stayed at disney and didnt make any ADR's s majoriety of the restaurants we could get into, especially for lunch we found problems with evening meals.
Le cellier
Brown derby
Mama melrose
Tonys town square
they were all full up, if I were you I would make a couple of ADR's we have for Jan 2008 , and I booked all the ones we couldnt go to this year. I hope this helps

Hello and welcome to The Dibb!
If there are certain restuarants that you really want to go to (especially character dining) i would always suggest making adr's well in advance to save disappointment!
We went last November, which is one of the quieter times, and found it very hard to get into certain restuarants and a lot of the more popular ones were fully booked for the whole of our stay! The introduction of the Disney Dining Plan has made it much more difficult to get walk ups and late bookings, so i'd definately plan ahead!

I am travelling out on the 10th Jan and have made ADR'S and when I was making them I couldn't always have the time I had planned,so it may be an idea to book some especially if you would like character meals.
May be see you there!!

I agree, always good to make ADR's if there is somehwhere specific you want to eat, I booked at 180 days out and still didnt get the time I wanted for Le Cellier and I must have been one of the first on the phone that morning! There is the WDW Marathon during the third weekend in January too so it can get pretty busy!
