Your plan looks good to me. Why not keep the last few days flexible for anything you've missed or want to see again? You might find you need another day at Universal if you're not doing whole days at either park.

Looks good to me - perhaps leave Aquatica for Monday or Tuesday as Sunday is likely to draw a lot of local visitors.

Ive changed the trip to Typhoon Lagoon to Aquatica cos I just wouldn't be able to wait to go there till towards the end of the holiday!!

How about Busch Gardens?

Bear in mind that your last few days are Memorial Day weekend and it will be busier on those days, although I think that water parks are a good idea as it is usually the Americans that come for short visits at that time and tend to visit MK, DS and Epcot.

As Aquatica is due to open in March I'm sure it will be open by May, even if it is a bit late opening.

We went the same time this year as you and your plans looks good. Dont forget you can be flexiable and to chill more if need be. Jet lagg and weather can also change your plans. Saying that we hardly had any rain. I hope you have a super time xxxx

It's important to know what you're doing the following day, as half the day could be gone before you all decide what you're gonna do! But remember that you're there to have good time, so dont be led by you're plan too much!

Have a fab time! :wavey:

One suggestions based on our first trip would be to have a rest day after say two or three parks.

I found with my lot that as the start of the holiday after two days of gettin up early and going to the parks we were all ready for a longer lie in so went to a water park.

Some people have the stamina to keep going for longer, but I think jet-lag caught up with us.

Someone mentioned B. Gardens, sorry can't remember who, no,we are not planning on going there,as none of us are huge coaster fans and our youngest child will only be 5,so not alot for him there either?

i would just leave them free. if you have an off day ie kids are tired or under the weather you can then change your plans. you may also find you like a park so much you want to go back so you can allow for that. this happened to us last time we only allowed 1 day for islands of adventure and universal , our kids loved it so much we ended going back several times so we decided to miss out on mgm.
i would have a list of parks that you must do then be flexible.
wet n wild is good as well and opens at 10( i think) so you could have that on a lazy/ lie in day.

Hi we are there the same time as you. We are planning to go to MK fri 16th, but there is no wishes that night as the park is closing at 7pm. There are lots of rumours about that it is because they are going to have a pirates & princess party but no dates availiable yet :(

I would imagine Fri 23rd will be busy in MK as Monday is Memorial day and apparntly the parks are busier that weekend.

Can someone help me out please cos im stuck.lol.?
I had MK pencilled in for Friday May 16th but as this is a Pirates and princess party night..do you think we would be better not going there in the day,buy tickets for the P&P party and go at night instead? Are there tickets left?

I'm not 100% sure on the angle of your question so I shall answer twice!

1) I have a full day at MK scheduled and then MNSSHP on another day where we will only be attending for the party. The day we go to MNSSHP will otherwise be a rest day. This sounds like a similar situation to yours, if you have a full day at MK already then I would go for the P&P party. If of course the P&P party appeals to you.

2) If your asking wether to bother with MK during the day just because P&P is on in the evening then yes, I would still stick with my pencilled plans. Anyone attending P&P won't arrive until late afternoon so MK crowds should be ok during the day.

Not sure wether P&P tickets are still available, you'll have to ring.

How do you find out about the P&P's party.
We will be there then and I would be interested in booking tickets ?

Hi Alex

Got the dates etc from allears and then rang Disney (407 WDW AHOY)
and booked tickets. Arrived about a week later. Cost $96.62 for 2 adults including shipping. You can get them on the day but they are slightly dearer.

Hope this is useful
