Hi all,

I'm off to Disney for my Honeymoon next year, and I just wanted your advice when it comes to ADRs. I've read through a lot of the threads on here and it just seems a lot to take in.

I've never made any ADRs for any of my past visits, and never realised how much of a big thing it was until I saw how many people make on here. :d: I don't think I want to make too many as we don't tend to make an strict itinarary before we go. What would be your recommendations for your favourite ADRs, it would be great if you could suggest any nice romantic ones as it will be our honeymoon.

Thanks in advance. :mickey2:

I would recommend California Grill, Yachtsmans Steakhouse and Coral Reef (although i didnt really like my main course at the Coral Reef but i am presuming you are not a veggie. But my starter and dessert were really nice and the restaurant is gorgeous!).

For character meals i would recommend 'Ohana breakfast at the Poly. I would also recommend Kona Cafe for the food but the wait for the table and the service was slow but it wouldn't put us off as the food was yummy!!:tounge:

One that i wouldn't return to would be Maya Grill. Not great food or service.:(

Mine would be -

Victoria & Alberts - very romantic, very special for honeymoon celebration and very pricey - but worht every penny.

Le Cellier - Best Steak I have ever had in my whole life, and to watch illuminations straight afterwards, just amazing

Californa Grill - the private viewing platform for Wishes is fantastic and very romantic

Yachtsman - A bit more 'upscale' and a lovely dining experience

Bistro de Paris - a more affordable version of V & A, have actually never eaten there but I love the look of the menu and atmosphere and it always gets great reviews.

If I had to pick just one? V & A hands down, the best meal I have ever had, beyond compare to anything else, for a more affordable option I would choose Le Cellier :)

Mine are:

Yachtsman (Yacht Club) - nice upscale steak restaurant but not over stuffy

Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge) - best meal of my last holiday, fantastic quality food but not too 'froo-froo', nice atmosphere in the restaurant

Coral Reef - once you get past the entrance area (which can be a bit like a zoo and offputting) the food is wonderful and the dining room very pretty

California Grill, Ohana and Le Cellier. Lovely places to eat, although Le Cellier was a bit rushed last time - doing all three again in December.

We have just booked Cali Grill, Jiko, Artist Point and Citricos.

We've had wonderful meals at all of them and though I think each one is a good choice for a romantic dinner, Citricos has the most romance.
