DW wants me to ask about this as it's something she's heard about.

Anyone know where, and in which park, you can see her wake up, or actually wake her up if you're first there?

Is it only during EMH? Anyone know what DW's on about...or has she gone nuts? :d:

There is a shop in Fantasyland near the castle, I think it's called Tink's Treasures. The first person in to the shop in the morning can wake up Tink - I've never actually seen it happen so I don't know exactly what is involved, but you have to remember Tink is very very tiny and you may only see a small flash of light as she darts around ;)

You'll need to be quick for this one as I believe it's a race to see which little girl gets there first each morning to wake Tink. She sleeps in a drawer in the shop in Fantasyland called Tinkerbell's Treasures and the first child in the shop each day gets to wake her and let her out to fly around.

Nope!! Both the above are absolutely correct but to be honest it's a bit of a 'non-event' and if you can get near for pushy mothers shoving their princesses against the glass in the door.............go fo it! :d:

I heard about the pushy mothers, apparently some charge down Main Street dragging their kids behind them just to get there first. :confused2 (sounds a bit like a Next Sale).

No...........it's not a pretty sight, especially when the poor child only wanted to go on Dumbo. :pgig:

:pgig: v funny!

I actually thought the first replies were winding me up...for some reason I assumed it was a cast member dressed up  I'm not sure we'll want to get involved in the race to wake Tink up....not the way it's been described and it's youngest DD who loves Tink so much so I'm not convinced she'd appreciate it all that much.

Thanks all.

Go into that particular store at any time during the day and listen............... if you're very lucky ;) you'll hear tink's bell and if you watch very carefully around the top of the wall you'll see her pixie dust as she flits by, and no, I'm not winding you up, that's the honest truth.
You don't need to be fighting with the 'Mom Mafia'. Tink is there all the time. :thumbs-up

Yup, we've often seen Tink fly around in there, although we've never been there early enough to wake her up.

I am Mafia Mom!

My DD woke Tinkerbell up.I am very shy and we just mooched round the shop and the assistant approached us!

.....it was a non event, but DD was impressed and got a certificate.

Another family came in just after DD had done the deed and was very miffed!

WOW how good is that....I would love to do it and I'm a grown up...
We went in here and you can see little flashes and hear a tinkle sound. We bought a soft pink pram blanket for my friends new born. She still loves it now and cries to rub it in her little finger it is so so soft.
