Yeah, after the boat house Jaws used to grab the boat and pull it round in a circle (on a turntable). The end was different as well, instead of him biting into the power line, the skipper used to shoot at Jaws as he was charging to the boat, he'd then dissapear under the water and blow up on the otherside of the boat. Apparently it was full of blood and guts, that were shot out of an underwater cannon, which were then collected in a big funnel ready to be shot up again.

Apparently both the turntable and the funnel cannon, proved very unreliable, which caused the whole ride to be re-done into what it is today. I wish I could've been on it back then to see what it was really like.

yes we went in 1991 and it was closed completley for good they said cos they could just not get it to work properly. we eventually got on when we went in 1998
