While DIBBing tonight I am transferring the home videos we took during our Oct 2000 trip to DVD. It's just so lovely watching them, haven't watched them for a few years now. There were 13 of us altogether that time and my how those kids have grown :omg:

I've been twice since and am returning again in 9 days (single digits today guys :spin: :thumb: and I can hardly believe how many things are on that video that I didn't see during the last 2 trips! I wonder how many times you need to go to have seen and done everything? I still have loads to see and do.

I am so looking forward to this trip short and all as it will be. This time I am going with my Mum only and we are going to take it easy, wander around, stop and smell the roses as they say. Right now the mime artists in Italy world showcase are on the TV behind me.

I haven't brought a camcorder to WDW since 2000 as I got fed up carrying it around, it gets heavy after a while..... today however we were in town and Mum decided to buy one of those dinky little new camcorders that weigh half nothing (OK 345g according to the blurb ;) ) Can't wait to video that lovely Ice Castle :D

Just love looking back on the old videos :thumb: we were there in October 2000 and have got to say it was probably our most memorable times in Orlando, the weather was fantastic for the whole two weeks and we seemed to do much more than our visit in 1998.

Have been back a few times since but never in October... must do it again sometime. :)

I went with my two DD's in August, just for a week but it was long enough without DH and DS.. you can't beat a girly week in Orlando though and hope to do it again sometime. Have a great time with your mum. :thumb:

Watched our 1999 video before going with the same family members this July. Chris is now 16 but was then 8 and it was so funny hearing his squeaky 8 year old's voice!
