Free AVG - how do I take off the daily scan?

Well, that's it really. When I downloaded free AVG I thought I had ticked or unticked (whichever was appropriate) for the program not to do a daily scan. However, it is doing it and I want it to stop. I want to schedule the scans myself. Does anyone know how this is done please?

Right click on the icon and go to Launch Test Center - in the options on the left of this box is Scheduler - should be able to do it there.

Thanks Sue. It was disabled on my login but DH nearly had a fit this morning when it started automatically for him. I hope I have now disabled it. Thanks again.

i just pause my one by right clicking on the icon on the bar at the bottom of screen and restart it when not using comp .... better to be safe than sorry
