we got our son a digital box and tuned it in. picture is great but we seem to have lost Sky

anyone help

You could try reprograming it, it normally works with ours.

Bit more info please! By "digital box" do you mean a freeview decoder box? And how have you "lost" Sky - what TVs, how is it connected, etc.

yes Andre its the freeview box as in the one you buy that gives you the freeview chanels and changes the tv onto digital, its a Philips Tv so we bought the Philips box. he had Sky before he tuned in the box but there doesn't seem to be a button on the remote to change the tv from tv to sky as is the way with out digital tvs. if he presses say 6 on the remote its just a fuzzy screen he gets.

You don't have your Sky running via an RF (aerial) signal do you, rather than via a Scart cable? If so, the freeview box may be running on the same RF channel (probably 36 or 37) and they will interfering with each other.

Andre i spoke to the guy in Tesco and he said all the cables that are need are in the box , so looked again and he has the aerial cable running in and 2 scatt cables.

on our tv, which is ditigal you know how you press on the remote to go from tv to sky well there is nothing to do this on the ditigal remote so its as if you are stuck on the ditigal channels in that makes sense. surely we must be thick and doing something that is simple wrong

Is there an 'AV' in input selector button to cycle through the available inputs?
