Signed willingly, as a mum of a severly disabled child, it makes my blood boil every time I have to put him on the floor of a toilet to change him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I look after four disabled guys. When one went into hospital for the day we took his sling and our portable hoist with us. We had to hoist him onto the bed ourselves as the staff were not trained to use a hoist!

Come on folks, people who have the terrible misfortune to be born with disabilities or acquire them through things like meningitis, a car accident etc., have a hard enough life as it is. There but for the grace of God go we all. Please support this.

What would you do if you had to change your babies on the floor of a public toilet?

Despite all the people who have looked into this thread, only 93 signatures on the petition. I am sure DIBBERS are more compassionate than this?
