Hi,
We have been receiving quite a few emails from members using AOL that say they are locked out of the DIBB or are having problems changing their passwords or are not receiving DIBB Emails, etc.
This is nothing to do with the DIBB, this is a fault with the AOL system and I urge you to complain to AOL suppport.
The AOL Browser is probably the worse browser available for todays Internet, it is based on older technologies and struggles with a lot of sites. I believe AOL have plans to scrap it in the future, but not sure exactly when.
Anyhow, if you minimise the AOL browser and use Internet Explorer or Firefox or for that matter any browser other than AOL, you should find everything working ok.
If you do still have problems then please clear your temporary internet files and cookies, close all browsers then try again, remember if you clear cookies you will need to login to the DIBB again (please tick the "Remember Me" box when you do).
Regards
