Hi
Has anyone been to the DOn Cesar in St Petersburg for their King Charles Sunday Brunch. It is advertised on their website as just under $90 for two, so not a cheap option but does look rather tempting. WOuld be interested to hear if anyone has been and what it is like, dress code etc.
