Hi we have booked a standard 5 bedroomed AOA disney area villa with TCD.
we are two families and were wondering what the likely set up in regards to bedrooms ensuites etc would be, we have asked but TCD cannot guarentee we will get 2 bedrooms with ensuite,
what sort of set up can we expect????

We've stayed in a five-bed villa before, and it had two en-suites and a third shared bathroom - to be honest, I can't imagine a Florida villa of this size without at least two en-suites, but maybe someone will come along and correct me. :)
You could try Googling 'Florida villa' and look at what's generally available.

There are many, many different designs in different communities by different builders so unfortunately nobody can tell you what the configuration will be.
Most five bedrooms generally have two master suites, a third double and two twins or three twins and two master suites.
However, it really does depend on the individual owner and it's impossible to say, so you have no way of knowing until you walk through the door.
You should be fine though if two masters are your main concern.

As has already been stated, the configuration of sleeping arrangement varies greatly.
TCD wont be able to tell you what to expect because they book the villas that are left unbooked with management agencies, near to your holiday dates, so they don't know themselves!
That's how some lucky people end up getting a free upgrade to either an exec villa or a villa with more bedrooms than originally booked.
The villas do vary greatly depending on the owners preferences.

There are lots of 5 bedrooms with only 1 ensuite. There are actually lots of 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms :o Thats why its best to book direct with an owner ,then you know what you will get. :)

See, told you someone would correct me! :)
We've always booked direct with the owner 'cos we're fussy about stuff like this.

That's the reason I booked with a Dibb villa owner, so I could check out their photos and know that the villa I picked would have everything we wanted. It worked out cheaper too because we don't have to pay any under occupancy charges either.

There are so many different configurations. In our 5 bed we have 2 master ensuites, a queen and then two twin tooms.
Bathroom wise there are the two ensuites, then a further 2 full bathrooms, an additional toilet on the ground floor and then a bathroom out on the pool deck as well.

On our 1st visit to Florida we stayed in a 5 bed villa which was AOA & it had only 1 bedroom with ensuite. So you may not get 2 en-suites.
We now book a named villa so we know exactly what it looks like & whre it is.

After quite a bit of searching I found it on the holiday rental website. Normally £500 a week but got £50 a week discount for early booking. I couldn't believe our luck
