Ice-cream with characters?

My DW keeps asking about having ice-creams with the characters. She seems to think that she's read somewhere that you can have ice-creams with characters at Epcot? I can't find any info on this but she insists she is not imagined it :confused2 Has anyone heard of this?

There used to be an ice cream social at the Garden Grill in Epcot but I haven't heard anyone talk about it for a while.

Dawns right there was an ice cream social but they stopped it quite a while ago now.:(

It was such a fun way of meeting the characters and was so imexpensive ( mind you, Im sure thats why Disney stopped it). My avatar is from a few years ago at the Ice Cream Social - loved it! :(
