Cane Island has anyone stayed?

Looking for condos and keep getting offered a good deal for a place called Cane Island just off the 192 within walking distance of old town kissimmee.
I have never seen this place and apparently its quiet new has anyone stayed here yet or know anything about it, i am struggling to find much on the net as they dont seem to have there own site, what i have read about it sounds great though they have plenty of facilities and its rated 4 star.
I have been offered it through travelsupermarket.
