Tuskers Character Breakfast

Hi everyone

Has anyone tried the new Character Breakfast in AK yet?

Which characters are there and whats the food like?

I will be interested to hear people’s views on it too, as I’m thinking about booking it.

We loved the Tusker House as a counter service it was probably our favourite counter service in Disney so we fancy trying this one.:thumbs-up

Mickey, Goofy, Donald & Daisy when we went at xmas and the food was lovely and fresh and lots of it. No queues either it was all set out in an airy central area the usual choices plus some African specialities and some really nice & succulent freshly carved ham. Service was good too. Much better than the old character brekkie at AK used to be INMHO. :wavey:

We are considering this for Dec this year. Donalds Breakfastosaurus was our very first character meal so it holds fond memories but if this is even better then thats great news!:thumbs-up

This has definately gone on my list, I too really liked Tusker House when I was there last, so this sounds like a great way to start the day at AK.

Definately better Leanne. We always go for a really early slot but still thought it might be busy due to xmas but it was much more relaxed than D/breakfastosaurus as it was a lot lighter and brighter and no waiting around in line for your food it was set out in different sections so you just went up to that section without having to wait in line for the food you want that's like half way down iykwim.

Characters came around twice within 45 mins and stopped to play and cuddle not rushed on by CM's ....thinking about it the CM's were quieter too.

Oh yeh and a lovely little dance around the restaurant with little musical instruments too.

after our last experience at Donald's Restarantaurus which was not very good, we weren't going to bother with a character breakfast in AK, but this sounds really good - so will be going on the list. thanks for all the replies and pictures.
