Lounges for annual passholders

I heard about "lounges " for annual passholders, which I figure out are places within parks where one may rest and get free drinks and ???

Does anybody knows if they really exist, where they are located, what exactly you can get from them ? travelling with a senior and a 2 year old, I might be interested!:confused:

I think all the AP lounges in the parks have closed now. We never got to use them either.
