When to book Rainforest Cafe

A friend of mine is going in April and wants to eat at the Rainforest Cafe, but she is worried about how far in advance to book as they are not sure what day they are going to go.

I said to book a few days before or when she gets there for the following week, do you think this will be enough notice??

When we went in Oct we booked on the day from Blizzard Beach and got a decent time in the eve.

We went in August to the one at DTD and booked 2 days beforehand.

Went in June and had a 20 min wait for a table. We were seated within 10 mins:) Never booked an ADR for it. If it was something your friend definately wanted to do then i would make a reservation.:)

You can normally book on the day, we found the one at animal kingdom was nowhere near as busy as the downtown disney one.

We called in a few days in advance and reserved our table.

We went in December & booked in the morning for lunch no probs.

We've only ever been able to make a booking the day before and on a couple of occasions, they wouldn't take telephone reservations at all. We had no problem getting a table when we turned up at the front desk.
