You might want to have an alternative date for the MK parade just in case you don't make it on your first night.

If you arrive at 14:35, it will be a while before you arrive at your hotel. ie, passport control, luggage collection, car hire / transfer, journey to the hotel, check in etc etc.

Also remember they are five hours behind us so if you arrive at your hotel at about 5pm your body will be thinking it's 10pm.

You will have a fab time, we stayed in the Movies a couple of years ago, it really is magical.

would personally change your plans for the day you get there. you will be tired. we normally get some food, maybe go to a food shop then back to the hotel for bed.

I agree to drop the MK parade on the day of arrival. If you decide to do it when you get there that's a bonus but dragging several tired kids to MK may spoil your first view of the park.

AK character breakfast, to my knowledge there is only 1 at AK, Tusker house with Donald, Daisy, Mickey & Goofy. It's not been open long but getting good reviews.

Boardwalk, Espn is good, you may have to wait or eat at the bar with no wait but it is a good sports cafe with lots of TV's even in the bathroom!

On I-drive after your Aquatica day try Chilli's near Wet 'n' Wild - my fave restaurant in the US! Very good food and very reasonably priced. They do burgers, salads, pasta, wraps etc but the Shanghai chicken wings (boneless) are the most amazing starter ever!

Something else to consider is that, if you were to use your park tickets on your arrival day, you would not be able to use them on your last day so disney Quest and water parks would be out as well as any other Disney parks. Although I see you have said you aren't going to go see Spectro on your first night now so it shouldn't be a problem.

Other than that, it looks pretty good :thumbs-up We are there around the same time and plan to be watching Illuminations at Epcot on Friday 18th - we will be on the Illuminations Cruise though

You lucky thing Joh ;) I tried to get one for the 18th April. I got through to an operator straight away and told her what I wanted and she confirmed I had a cruise and went on to take my details, 20 minutes into the conversation she had to go off the phone for a moment and when she came back, she said sorry but my cruise hadn't confirmed :( very disappointed.

I noticed you had put your available spaces on the 'Cruise Thread' but there are 4 of us. :(

If you want to get the most out of the early entry at AK - have a snack before you go and book the latest breakfast possible. That way you will be able to do the major attractions before the crowds arrive and still see the characters.

Hi

Itinery looks great to me . Glad you decided about changing first night as you will all be tired by the time you get to the hotel. Kids will be excited about staying onsite though.

The only other point is about going to the beach after Busch Gardens. It depends on where you intend to go (assume Clearwater or elsewhere on Gulf Coast). You should see a fantastic sunset but think of the drive home. Think sun sets reasonably early , about 1900 - 1930, over there at that time of year. There are some really good restaurants to try as well.

Hope this helps
