I've noticed that when we visit in Feb the park hours are usually till 6PM but 1 of the Saturdays it's open till 8PM, do we need extra tickets for some kinda show to stay till 8PM?

No you dont need any extra tickets, the park often stays open later on selected nights or at special holiday times, at easter last year one week it closed at 7pm and the next it was 10pm :grin:
