we have booked to do discovery cove in july, i was just looking on their website and noticed that you aren't allowed any jewelry.
dh has a ring that has been stuck on his finger for years and he will not have it cut off.
has anyone swam with the dolphins and had a ring on?

do you think it would be ok to tape it up?

thanks

I imagine that would be ok, I cant see them taking peoples wedding rings off, so a ring should be ok.

They make you take off necklaces and earrings, but you can keep your watch and wedding ring on. I would imagine all rings are ok. Have fun you will enjoy

When we went we were not engaged at the time so didn't have rings on but I had a silver chain and was asked to take it off before I went for my dolphin swim as they are really attracted to shiny metal. Perhaps you could contact discovery cove to find out if it is possible to tape it up.

* I think the dolphins wouldn't go for the plasters, I've herd they only go for shiny metal objects. Have a great time in discovery cove! You will enjoy it.*

I kept my wedding ring & watch on last month, they didn't want them taken off :)

I kept my ring on too...I think it's just anything dangly that they would make you remove before going in incase it falls off. :)

We were fine when we went in August wearing wedding rings so your DH should be fine
