Title says it all - we will be flying in to JFK and I am looking to book a transfer to our hotel in Jersey City.

I've been looking into this, and www.carmellimo.com is a reputable company, and also www.dial7.com :D

We booked with www.nyclimopickups.com for our recent trip to NY. We have booked with them again for our Feb 28th trip back to the big apple too.

I have just been to the carmellimo site and thought the prices were great. I have just booked a deluxe sedan for $40 and found a coupon which gets me another $4 off. All I have to pay extra is tolls and tips.
Can someone just confirm that it is $40 for the car and not per person!!! I have read it a few times and think it is, it just seems so cheap when a taxi costs $49 minimum!

If they want to compete then they have to offer a lower price. Taxi prices are set by T&C so they arent flexible.

jeanwales - yes the prices are per vehicle. It's $63 for a minivan, so your price sounds about right. That is for a one way journey, not return. Is that voucher you found on their website?

No - I cant remember where I got it from but I have the link at home. I am away in a hotel overnight with work but will post the code when I get back tomorrow night if that is any help to you xxx

Thanks everyone. I booked a Minivan with Carmel for my arrival - and an SUV with Dial7 for my departure.

You can get coupons for Dial7 too btw.

I will book a separate round of transfers for our US internal flights when I have the details to hand.

Just got back on my home computer and spent about 5 minutes trying to remember how I got the coupon. Just found it and came to post then read your message!!
Brain must be getting old!!
