Newbie queston re. Downtown Disney

Hello All

Please could someone tell me if I need a ticket to visit Dowtown Disney and Disney Boardwalk?

If I do, and used a MYW base ticket (no hopper option) is that the only place I can visit that day?

Apologies if it's a really daft question but I've searched everywhere for an answer with no luck! :confused2

Welcome to the dibb.....no you don't need a ticket to visit DTD or the Boardwalk.....both really worth a visit

Hello & welcome. As Scotsmomma said you won't need to use your ticket. DTD is a great place to visit with lots of Disney shops and places to grab a drink and a bite to eat.

YW....If you want a good laugh you can hire Surreybikes at the Boardwalk...a great way to spend half an hour cycling round the lake....your countdown's looking good

Just wanted to add that the best time to visit the Baordwalk is int he evening. There really isn't much going on during the day but, at night, there are various entertainers around the Boardwalk area, including magicians, jugglers etc. We saw a few last year who were absolutely great :)
